Just grilled chicken breasts with the Poultry Dry Rub. Everyone loved them! Excellent balance between sweet and spicy! Even my picky 16 year old enjoyed it. Cannot wait to smoke a turkey breast with this rub. Highly recommend.

If you like it spicy, this is the rub for you!!! My wife and I had some baby backs with this rub on them and loved then so much I literally went out and bought a smoker the next weekend. I’ve been smoking ever sense and using Bryan’s rub.

The combination of spice is perfect. I’ve barbequed pork butt roast on the rotisserie for years. These transplanted Alabama folks must have pulled pork for any important occasion. I put a generous amount of Bryan’s Pork Dry Rub on the meat, the night before cooking, and wrap tightly. It creates an amazing roast that is as close to home as I have experienced. We’re forever customers!

Bought your pork rub yesterday and tried it today on St Louis ribs — EXCELLENT. I didn’t have the time for the additional apple juice marinade but did the rub/cellophane/rub/ one hr smoke – in Traeger – then one hr @180 -> two hrs at 225 = perfect outcome.
