Pork Dry Rub Mesquite Smoked
This Dry Rub was my first creation, and was developed to enhance the flavor of the meat. My goal was not overpower it as you find in many rubs on the market today. This has more sugars so it is very well matched with the sweetness of the meat. There are unique flavors that come from the spice mix. This rub has been smoked to infuse some of the smoke flavor into the rub and increase its flavor profile when cooking meat without a Smoker.
